“Mini” SCL 108Easy Shine Marble Polishing Kit

Spillage of Red wine, orange juices, carbonated drinks, vinegar, bleach, pets urine, vomiting…worry no more. Restoring the shine of marble back to its original condition by even amateurs is relatively easy with using SCL Easy Shine products. Severely etched surface resulting in the surface taking on a rough texture should be polished with easy shine pad grit#1000 first following later by easy shine pad grit#2000 and finish polishing with SCL 108Easy Shine marble polishing compound.

SCL 108Easy Shine marble polishing kit is designed to remove small area of etched mark on marble surface at living hall and marble vanity top. 

Instruction on polishing:

• Adjust speed to the medium fast speed (speed number 3 to 4). Spray water onto the marble surface prior to begin the polishing.
•  Start polishing with easy shine pad grit#2000 for 2 minutes. If etched mark is still visible, drop the polishing grit to #1000. Upon etched mark is removed by polishing with grit#1000, now removed grit#1000 from the pad holder and attached with grit#2000. Polished grit#2000 for 2 to 3 minutes on a size of about one sq.ft. (300mm x 300mm). Stop polishing grit#2000 when some degree of shine is attained. If shine is acceptable then stop polishing at #2000. If you wish to attain a higher shine, then continue the polishing at grit#2000 for another 5 to 10 minutes prior to begin the final step polishing with 108Easy Shine polishing compound.
•  Attached 3M white pad to the pad holder. Apply a small amount about a few 5-cent coins size of Easy Shine polishing compound onto the white pad. Begin polishing with 108Easy Shine marble polishing compound until the best shine is attained.

Approximate coverage: 40gram of 108Easy Shine marble polishing compound polish about 3.6 sq.ft.(about 600mm x 600mm).

Things to note:
•  The entire polishing process needs to work with a handheld polishing tool.
•  A car polisher tool that comes with variable speed is acceptable to work with SCL Easy Shine polishing kit.         Otherwise, you may “T-loan” a polishing tool from our store.
•  Do not use any brushes such as toothbrush to scrub/wash the Easy Shine pads #1000 & #2000. It is not required to
wash the pads. Keep all the polishing pads including the white pad in a zip lock bag awaiting for the next
polishing.

Caution: It is not advisable to polish SCL 108Easy Shine marble polishing compound on the floor on a wet surface such as shower area as it causes more slipperiness.
